Spark and Ignite: 7-day refund window before our first call. After the first call, no refunds (since the work has started). Legacy: no refunds — that's the trade-off for the level of access. Set expectations clearly on the discovery call.
No. Coaching includes the course free. If you want to go through the course first to come prepared with sharper questions, that's smart — but not required.
Yes. Pay the difference, we extend the engagement. Plenty of folks start at Spark and graduate to Ignite or Legacy.
All three tiers are 1:1 with the founder directly. That's why Legacy has limited spots and an application — there's only so much direct time available.
